Retainers run month to month after an initial three-month period, which exists because performance work simply cannot be judged in less time. Project work is milestone-based. There are no automatic renewals and no exit fees.

Projects are typically split into a deposit and milestone payments, with the balance due at handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept local bank transfer and international payment for overseas clients.

A focused website build usually runs a few weeks; larger platforms and ongoing campaigns run longer. We agree a timeline before starting and keep to it — on-time delivery is something we track, and we are currently at a 95% success rate.

We track on-time delivery as a metric — currently 95% — and if a date is at risk you hear about it when we know, not on the deadline. Where a delay is on us, we absorb the cost of catching up. Where it is caused by pending feedback or third parties, we flag it early and in writing.

Yes, all of it. Source files, domains, hosting, ad accounts, and analytics stay in your name throughout. On final payment, full ownership of delivered work transfers to you along with editable source files.

We offer care plans covering updates, security patching, backups, uptime monitoring, and a monthly allowance of content changes. It is optional — plenty of clients run their own site after handover, which is exactly why we document the handover properly.

We will hand over cleanly: credentials, documentation, source files, and a call with the incoming team if that helps. Nothing we build is designed to be hard to leave.
